Not sure if this still works (and I know it's not new, but still interesting), but I found this: http://www.goodcowfilms.com/farm/games/random-archives/index.htm Scroll about halway down the page, until you get to 'audio files'. There's a 20+ min interview with Mike Wallis concerning Sonic Xtreme in an MP3 format. [edited January 24, 2008 by nextguardian] IP: 66.67.187.88 |

Thanks guys I've read this interview, but I've never actually heard it.Also on Goodcowfilms, they've got a great section of Sega History, the consoles, SOJ vs SOA, the whole 'Sega' Part is really worth the time to check out. IP: 66.67.187.88 |

The internet has been around a long time. In the early 70's, there were only four places in the world where you could connect to the internet. (Nolan Bushnell, Founder of Atari, Chuck E. Cheese, and Sente, went to one of those places, a University- I can't remember which one though ) Can anyone confirm this? I remember reading it in "The First Quarter", by Steven Kent (an excellent book about the history of video games, a great read!), although it's been a while since I've read the book. It just shows that the 32X had more potential than people give it credit for. And that Xtreme would have been one awesome game. Not that we didn't already know that, lol IP: 66.66.125.24 | |
