The explanation:
A long time ago, I've always been fascinated with the idea of making my own game. I have seen people make their own games since I was a toddler and have even seen a Wolfenstein game get modded, with characters you could add and changes you could make. And seeing video games expand and change, I've always dreamed about fulfilling my own ideas and I have thought about pursuing it in order to make my own idea a reality. In sad truth, however, that dream died years ago.
However, to this day, the urge to make at least one game has haunted me to this day. But I don't want to make something small or easy. I want to make something big that everyone could look forward to, get excited about, and more importantly, have fun. I simply mean of a game that is long and with a strong story, so entirely, it could be made with any engine or mod to get the job done. I know many of you are thinking of a fan game or a puzzle game, but I wish for it to be more than that.
Do not get me wrong. This is something that will not be scrapped, nor should it be something that comes with a budget. This should be easily done, even with small tools on our side. As for any progress, should the game receive any at all, I will note that this will be the only game I'll ever create a concept for, as well as major designs. Afterward, I may never work on another game again. For now, the concepts will not be posted until I can be positive that some information may be appropriate to reveal.
For now, I at least hope that most of you will read this and take interest of what I have plan to post in the near future. And please, if you have ideas for appropriate work environments for such small projects or engines/mods that would make it easier, speak up! I, as well, will throw in my own, but of course, not without material to be presented.
Thank you for reading.

Nice, but as many say, it's best to start of small, and then make your way up to the big things. Starting off big will result in many issues and can ultimately cause the project to get cancelled/ceased. That's part of the issue Project-S had from what I've seen/heard.
